Wire EDMMitsubishi EDM has been a leader and at the forefront of developing the world’s most innovative technology for 30 years. They launched their first EDM’s in 1978 and even today, Mitsubishi continues to be benchmark of EDM technology and capability. The Mitsubishi uses the latest technology in there controls to help new users get through the steep learning curve that used to be required in older machines. Between Mitsubishi’s advanced control designs and their R&D Group development of cutting technology they have enabled new users to cut high tolerance parts with little knowledge of cutting parameters. Mitsubishi means performance - whether in extreme accuracy applications like the computer lead frame dies with +- 50 millionths of an inch tolerance, or a large monster job weighing in at over 4 tons, it's performance that covers an extensively wide range of applications. With their proven reliability and leading edge technology Mitsubishi Wire EDM is the only brand you want to consider for your EDM needs.

EDM SinkerThe Mitsubishi structure in electrical discharge machines (EDM) is known throughout the industry as one of the finest and most consistently manufactured products. They began producing Sinker EDM’s in 1983 and have exceeded expectations in power supply technology for many years. Supporting these first-class structures, Mitsubishi machines are equipped with Mitsubishi controls, the second largest control builder in the world operating at the cutting edge of technology. Having the same control and machine manufacturer also results in single source responsibility, so you don’t have to call in 2 different companies if there is ever any service required in the future.

EDM DrillThe ED-2000M and ED-2000CNC are latest additions in the EDM line up. The EDM drill will create small holes in ferrous and non-ferrous metals in seconds regardless of the hardness. The EDM drill is in ideal for creating start holes for a Wire EDM as well as other small hole applications. The electrode sizes available are from .012” to .120” of an inch. The EDM drill is a perfect complement to a Wire EDM.

Mitsubishi 5-Axis Waterjet
The Evolution X5 is a 5-axis machine designed for aerospace, prototype, medical and extrusion-type work. The Evolution provides complete 3D interpolation for taper and complex shapes with high taper. • Mitsubishi 700 Series CNC Control The exclusive 5-axis Evolution 3D system uses a self-positioning rotation point device on the material to automatically maintain a constant distance from nozzle to work piece. This feature protects the nozzle through a working range from flat to an inclinated interpolation of ± 69 degrees.
